How it Works:​

When the needed arises, a user can initiate a Dynamic PTT Group call and add any member in the system into this temporary group. Here is a short step-by-step guide:

 

This allows communication without interruption from everyone else. Furthermore, the ease of setting up Dynamic groups on the fly removes unnecessary delays for teams to react quickly to situations of high priority. 

Suppose a team receives a call to direct focus to an urgent task. The team leader can create Dynamic group solely and include members who are assigned to that task. This allows efficiently communicate without interruptions from the main team. Once that task is completed, everyone can exit the dynamic group. 

Crucially, Dynamic grouping does not alter any pre-existing groups that members are currently in. This makes is easy for team leaders to handle unique situations without compromising communication quality, thereby assuring smooth operations.

An incident occurred in a local park in Singapore where a fallen tree caused some problems in the area. Without affecting other ongoing operations, dispatch personnel swiftly formed a task force and assembled personnel into Dynamic groups to remove the tree and minimize impact.
